The peak of this recognition was in the early 1990's when Piñon Hills was voted the #1 Public Golf Course in the USA. Over the past 20 years, Piñon Hills has moved slightly up and down in different publications' yearly rankings, but for the past 5 years, Golfweek has ranked us the #4 Municipal Golf Course in the United States.
